Turnaround Time

2-3 weeks Custom designs/Special items may require additional time but will be noted on the listing. For example if the item is a preorder it would have a longer TAT time.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking. Once shipped, delivery timelines are controlled by the carrier.You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed and another when your order has shipped. The shipping confirmation will include your order number, tracking number and ship date. When receiving your order confirmation please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. Orders that are returned to us because of address error will not be shipped back until the customer corrects their address and pays for additional shipping costs.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of embroidery, returns and exchanges are not accepted. If there is an issue with your order, please contact me at stitchesbyshug@gmail.com

Payment

Payment is required at checkout. I accept major credit cards and digital payment options.

Care Instructions

Embroidered items should be washed gently, air‑dried, and handled with care to preserve stitching.
